When the Blue Oval formed the Ford Performance division at the end of 2014, they promised not just racing models, but vehicles that could be offered in dealerships like ours. Now, two of the twelve promised models have arrived--the Focus RS and Shelby Mustang GT350R--and are being quite well received. But what else is coming down the pike?
With two down and ten to go, plenty, and we can tell you quite a bit about them. Next on the docket is the second generation of the Ford SVT Raptor--now called just the Raptor. Like its F-150 brethren, it boasts aluminum skin and an off-road rated high-strength steel boxed frame. After that, we have word that the GT will debut with 600 horsepower. As for what comes after that? Time will only tell, but we'll keep you updated through our blog.
