As each season switches in Northwest Arkansas, it seems like there’s a new list of partnerships that the Lewis Ford team and the Lewis family get to partner with locally. As we move into the middle of the summer months here in Fayetteville, AR, we wanted to be sure and share a few more of the amazing partners in the NWA area that we’ve been able to support through our team automotive group businesses. As we help our customers with finding their next perfect new Ford vehicle, or make sure to take care of them after the sale with an oil change in Fayetteville, AR or any other maintenance our factory-certified Ford service center can provide, we are committed as a company to sharing our successes with other organizations around the NWA area. Here’s a quick round-up of just a FEW of our summer partners.

Crown of Hope luncheon / Mermaid’s
We were so honored to partner with The Black Action Collective “Crown of Hope” initiative, a partnership with Hair Couture, to host this luncheon to help support their goal of providing an inclusive selection of wigs for cancer patients in Northwest Arkansas. There’s a huge need in the community for wigs that complement African American and Latina hair, and this initiative helps ensure that every woman is represented and celebrated in every hue and texture.

Suite Night / Arvest Ballpark
Lewis Ford in Fayetteville is so excited to be one of the corporate sponsors for the games and activities that help to entertain our local community, alongside other fantastic companies like JB Hunt, Wal-Mart, and the Arkansas Children’s hospital. We had our first Employee Suite Night at Arvest Ballpark in June, watching the Arkansas Naturals take on the Arkansas Travelers baseball team! Members of our Lewis Automotive team got to take in a game, enjoy some snacks, and some extra downtime and socializing for the evening.

State of Athletics / Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce
We had a great time at the State of Athletics presentation and luncheon, put together by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce! We had the opportunity to hear from Hunter Yurachek, Director of Razorback Athletics, as he shared with us the impact Razorback Athletics has on the city of Fayetteville and the Northwest Arkansas business community. There’s a good reason you’ll see a ton of Razorback red around the Fayetteville and Springdale area on any given day. If you’ve ever loaded up in your new Ford Explorer SUV to head to a game at the University of Arkansas, or just noticed an uptick in traffic in the area on game days, then you know that the Razorbacks bring a ton of hustle and excitement to our area with any sport they’re participating in.

Experience Fayetteville / First Thursday
The First Thursday event has been an ongoing summer tradition on the Fayetteville square that always promises a fantastic time! It’s a free event, open to the public, that celebrates Fayetteville, AR’s local arts, culture, music, and food. And, thanks to Lewis Automotive Group, there’s even a space set up for the kiddo’s to enjoy the festival as well. You can catch one of the First Thursdays all summer and fall, up through October 6th, with featured live music and entertainment each month.

As 2022 keeps rolling on, you can bet that Lewis Ford Sales will have even more local business and partnerships to create relationships with, and we remain committed to being a family owned and operated dealership that gives back to their customers and community in creative ways. Be sure to stay tuned to our Facebook page and other social media outlets to stay up to date on all our news, vehicle specials, and new partnerships in the future.
